This was our third Fantasy Fest and because of Wilma it was moved from the
usual end of October to the first week in December, therefore reducing the
days and of course the crowds. Despite the reschedule everybody was in
the party mood and really enjoyed the activities along
Duval Street. We arrived on the Wednesday afternoon staying at a great B&B
called La Pensione Inn due to the hurricane destroying The Marriott Courtyard.
The hotel was a few blocks off Duval Street so it enabled us to walk
everywhere and not worry about driving or parking a car which was a nice
change. The hotel during Fantasy Fest allows a clothing optional pool so we
soaked up the warm weather, saved our energy and waited for our friends Rob & Laura to join
us. As soon as they arrived we were ready to hit the street and see
what this Fantasy Fest was going to bring.
We soon met other guests at the hotel who wanted to party.
Cheri was soon in the mood to get some beads and meet some new and old
friends as we arrived at Capt Tony's.
And there was Captain Tony himself who got to know Cheri quite well during the
week. He even put his "mark" on her by autographing her stomach.
We were at The Hard Rock Cafe most nights which drew a crowd
Great T Shirt
Playing on the street late at night
On THURSDAY it was a relaxing day because the activities were cut
short and they did not start till early evening but that gave us time to
walk "normally" along Duval Street, do a little shopping and meander
through Old Town plus have a quiet clothed drink
Getting "flash burn" and the braids just did not cover enough
Michelle & Cheri get close
The little mesh top stayed on for a while but there was a slight breeze that
blew up the skirts
At least Tony got a free beer for this advertising pitch.
Cheri & April show their best assets
Cheri got hold of a few things too
Time for a rest and get away from the crowd.
Tony had is naughty bits cleaned by the maids.
Promoting the hotel.
But it was Plaid Night and Cheri had to be in costume with Tony showing his
true colors
Both Tony's enjoyed the breeze
Everybody was smiling
